I am not a random life coach who read a book about burnout, and I am not just a generic accountant telling you to manage your time better.
I am both.
I spent 18+ years holding up the accounting frameworks of scaling companies. I know what it's like to be the load-bearing wall. I know the exact, visceral feeling of being awake at 4:00 AM, exhausted to my bones, throwing my computer mouse against the wall in pure frustration because a boss demanded I stay up to fix a completely immaterial detail — knowing I had to be up at 6:00 AM to take my son to school.
I sacrificed my sleep, my nervous system, and my presence as a mother for the job. And then, I had to learn how to heal it.
Today, as both a Fractional Controller and a Somatic Healer, I bridge the corporate world and the healing world.
I built Behind the Ledger because it is the exact sanctuary I desperately needed at 4:00 AM when that mouse hit the wall. You need to be here because you cannot heal a burned-out nervous system in isolation — and you cannot get real support from people who don't understand the crushing weight of the corporate machine.
